Yantai Hongqing Packing Material Co., Ltd. (H-Qing) was established in 2004 and is a professional manufacturer specializing in the research and production of BOPP and PET thermal lamination film. The company's headquarters is located in Taocun Industrial Park, Qixia, Yantai, Shandong. It is only a 30 minute drive from Yantai Airport, railway station, and port, with convenient transportation. We are a modern enterprise that integrates research and development, production, sales, and service. The factory covers an area of 35000 square meters, with a building area of 27500 square meters. There are currently more than 200 employees, including 36 professional engineering and technical personnel. More than 50% of the personnel have a college or technical college degree or above. The factory is equipped with multiple high-precision automated pre coating production lines, using advanced industry three roll gluing technology and plasma pretreatment process to achieve closed-loop control of the entire process from substrate processing, coating, lamination to slitting. Since 2019, China's hot pressed film industry has ranked first in sales volume and ranks among the top in product quality nationwide. Our company specializes in two core series of products: thermal lamination film and decorative film, which meet the diverse needs of printing packaging and home decoration: 1. thermal lamination film series: including digital thermal lamination film, BOPP thermal lamination film , PET thermal lamination film, office small roll lamination film, PET gold/silver thermal lamination film,soft touch thermal lamination film, anti-scratch thermal lamination film, optical crystal PET thermal lamination film and other categories, covering different base materials, thicknesses and special functions, and can adapt to various scenarios such as conventional printing film, high stiffness and high clarity requirements, special metal texture decoration, scratch protection, photo album high transparency tempered film, etc. 2 Decorative Film Series: Vacuum forming film: Made of PET modified material and special UV technology, it has ultra-high tensile deformation, no cracking or whitening processing stability, and also has scratch resistance, stain resistance, anti fingerprint, easy cleaning and self-healing functions, suitable for high-end home decoration processing and long-term use needs. There are wood grain series, solid color series, and metal series.
Product Application
1. Thermal lamination film application: widely used for film protection of printed materials and outer packaging such as books, brochures, samples, posters, paper bags, food/medicine/cosmetics/gift/alcohol packaging boxes, etc; It can also adapt to the laminating needs of office and display products such as drawings, documents, advertising photos, exhibition boards, etc.
2. Decorative film application: mainly used in high-end home decoration fields such as kitchen cabinet panels, furniture panels, decorative panels, etc.
