Pre-coated films have strict requirements for packaging and environmental conditions during transportation to ensure the film material is not damaged and maintains stable performance.

Packaging must be sturdy and reliable. Common methods include cardboard boxes, wooden crates, or moisture-proof roll packaging, combined with waterproof and dustproof materials to prevent moisture or contamination during transportation. Roll-type pre-coated films should be rolled flat, with the inner and outer film surfaces separated for protection to prevent friction and scratches. Transportation vehicles should be kept clean, avoiding contact with sharp objects, and securely fixed to prevent rolling, collisions, or deformation during transportation.

There are also clear regulations regarding transportation environment and handling requirements. Pre-coated films should avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures, strong light, or humid environments to prevent coating aging, peeling, or deformation. Handle with care during loading and unloading to avoid dropping, squeezing, or rapid handling. For long-distance or inter-seasonal transportation, protective measures should be taken, such as moisture-proof padding and sun-protective coverings. By following these transportation standards, the integrity and performance of the pre-coated film can be ensured upon arrival at the construction site or processing plant, meeting the usage requirements of the construction, home appliance, and transportation industries.
